A Problem with update

I have galaxy a06 6gb ram and storage is 128gb Will my phone get the circle to search feature in One UI 7?

No with One Ui 7 you will not get the update. Samsung still only releases the Circle to Search feature to its high end and mid range devices. A06 is a budget device. So that's why still Samsung is not providing it.
