Galaxy AI purchased galaxy A 50 S on march 2020. IT showed failure to charge ,gave to authorized service center.Replaced the charging point,still the problem persisted, They told to replace the mother board which will cost 8.5k.
why so much complaint is comming on mother bord of samsung now a days,..Is yourpeople keeping a motherboard which will work only for the warrenty time,after that you want the customer to purchase a new motherboard or purchase a new mobile.
This is the first time a device is showing complaint with in 15 months of purchase after investing 22k .I Had used the brands of Nokia ,Asus and Sony, all last for more than 3 years of usage
