5Ghz Wifi problem

I am using Huawei Ws5200 router, and my phone model is Galaxy A71. 

Unfortunately my Device is unable to detect any 5Ghz wifi signal from my router? Why its happening? Any solution for me?

May be router is going to die soon. Do you have any spare router and in case you jucst check it.

Well, i can use 5Ghz wifi by Using my Laptop and Desktop.

Its only happening for mobile, my Mom have A51 and my father have S-20FE no one of use
cannot use 5Ghz wifi from our mobile phone

Strange. I generally reset my router sometimes. Try it once. Or just restart it before resetting

I don't why all the smartphones in your home couldn't able to connect to the 5 ghz band. I personally use a71, connects to 5 ghz band and I use Jio fiber.

Can u please tell me ur router model? And 5Ghz Channel number?

Jio provide their own router. And I don't actually know the channel number.
