Hi Samsung galaxy A73 is not 5G Internet network it's 4G why?

Does your service provider have 5G in your area? Also please go to settings, connection then mobile network and check if your phone is set to receive 5G.

The 3rd gen a series phones have all 4G and 5G versions you must have the earlier 4G version

Maybe it's area you are or your phone settings including putting your phone on power saving mode

The A73 is a 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G phone.
1. Set network mode to auto connect in Settings>Connections>Mobile networks.
2. Make sure you have a SIM card which supports 5G.
3. Make sure you have 5G network in your area.

That's the exact problem I was facing but after I got update on 14th September, 5g started working.
