5G Network Issue on Galaxy A33 5G

Hi Friends,

I am using airtel with my A33 5G and after android 13 update I'm getting an error when I check it through airtel app. Check below screenshot and when I open setting and check 5G already selected as you can see in 2nd screenshot. Does anyone can help how to use 5G

If your power saving mode is on then turn it off
And if still not working then wait for software update

Yeah, i turned off power saving then only I tried but before android 13 update it was showing fine

Airtel thanks app not optimized for Android 13, forget it and enjoy 5g if you getting in your area

I bought Samsung a33 5g from Saudi.I put jio sim (Indian sim).showing that this device is not 5g compatible 🤔

2 days before it showed that my device does not support 5g services


But now its totally different

Device model s21 plus 5g

No problem A33 is 100% compatible for airtel 5g that is airtel thanks app fault
