5 months of a pain using andriod 12

Like everyone I was excited about the one Ui 4.1 andriod 12 , little did I know the software will mess up my phone , I can't do anything for 2 minutes without the phone freezing, fine I expect that , but 5 month? No security patch nor stable update , and yall expected me to go buy another Samsung, yes samsung has millions of customers, but yall didn't lose me alone , you lost me and my family

And future recommendations,all I wanted was to spend money on a working phone , yall act like we need you and it's the other way around
