4g network not working for some reason

A52 has not received the android 14 update. last update was on the 15th of December 2023 security patch and is having problems connecting with my 4g network only works in 3g what could be the problem.

Do you have the issue everywhere or indoors only

I think it's the network provider airtel Zambia with the problem 🤔 but am not sure

4g may be more powerful than 3g but it's less stable than it

So if you're indoor or in a bad covered area then your phone will use 3g better
