2 Week Old Galaxy A71 5G Not Charging

I have a 2.5 week old Samsung Galaxy A71 5G and it will not charge. I've rotated using different outlets and charger and tested the charging chord and it works fine. Based on posts here it seems this is a known issue. Any suggestion's. Oh and my phone had 0% battery so can't reboot.

If you have any extra charging cables, try on them. Check whether the charging cube is working fine.

Try inserting the cable and restart the mobile while charging. Even try mobile switched off.
