2 Problems

Currently there are 2 problems in my A35 

1. I am unable to change the animation of notification pop-up style and edge lighting effect.

2. The photos & videos I delete from gallery are going to recycle bin even after choosing 'Permanently Delete' option in My Flies Labs

How do I fix these??

For A35:

Pop-up and edge lighting effects are locked under One UI 6.1; Samsung removed animation customization—only preset styles work.

“Permanently Delete” in My Files Labs affects files, not Gallery. Clear Gallery > Settings > Recycle Bin to bypass it.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
