15K voucher not received(Galaxy A56 5G)

I bought #Samsung #GlaxayA56 12GB/256GB variant on 30th April,2026. I received and activated it on 07th May,2026. After this I was unable to see anything like Voucher of 15k in samsung member app or in my online account in voucher section. I contaced samsung support multiple times for the resolution of this issue every time they committed a phone call from their end but today on 09th May,2026 21.00 hours I am still waiting for that response or call. Anybody who faced the same and how did the Samsung get back to them to resolve this. Response is appreciated. Thanks

Koi faeda nhi hai voucher ka. Samsung e store pr is range main kch nahi para. Sb out of stock hai. ..
Ye b 1 scam hi hai customer ko pagal bnany k liye.. !

Facing same issue purchased A56 from price oye ordered on 2nd may order reveived on 4th May did complain to samsung and priceoye buy still no voucher received nor any one from priceoye or samsung contacted me.
