Hai Guys

Its possible to record solid 720p Video recording @ mighty 120fps in your Galaxy A50.

Yes its possible but with Open Camera app. You can download the Open Camera app via PlayStore.

The link is below,

After downloading the app do the following steps:

1. Open settings in the Open Camera app and scroll to the option CAMERA API

2. Select Camera2API option in it.

3.Now scroll to Video Settings -> Video Resolution -> HD 1280x720

4.Now scroll down to Video Frame Rate -> 120(High Speed)

Now u all set to record a HD video @ 120 frames per second with more details than before. Enjoy 😊

NOTE: Tested with my OneUI2.0(updated @march). Not sure about OneUI1.1.

Is there a way to record video in low resolution?

Sometime it might be useful where we need low size video?

I dont know what to say. It feels like bummer when yoitube has option of 240p and mobile cameras dont have that option. 🤐

Frankly speaking, I dont see benefit of using open camera. I tried 120 fps video, its quite gimmicky. 30 fps video seems better on my A71. And picture quality of stock camera is better. Biggest drawback of open camera you cant use ultra wide angle camera. Plus you cant take pictures using full MP.
