Is ultra power saving mode has been removed?

it's not removed. it's slightly hidden. Turn on power saving mode. inside power saving mode you can find below Limit apps and home screen. once you turn on that, you will get ultra saving mode. In one UI 2.5 it's easy and now its complicated.

yes, thanks. but still it ain't like one ui 2.5 . resolution should be manually changed.
