samsung notes app not working

Any facing issue with samsung galaxy notes app. It is not working at all.

Uninstall and reinstall. That worked for me.

so what worked for me is clearing data and cache of the application and then configuring it again.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
