photos from camera have too much Noise even in daylight for one ui 3.0 note 10+

The camera quality was degraded in one ui 3.0 for note 10 plus. There is too much noise/grains seen in the photos clicked even in normal daylight (indoors). 

Camera in one ui 2.5 was much better in terms of dynamic range and noise

yes. and also there is a green flickering while switching main camera to telephoto

Same with me, I also experience a green screen flicker between changing lenses from wide to normal and macro....
And picture quality is poor too much noise...

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
