My battery jumped from 15% to 11% to 1% i a span of less than 2 minutes, and by jumped i mean went directly from 15 to 11 to 1, nothing in between

Try to drain to zero and charge it till 100% while keeping the phone off. Then drain it again to 0 & repeat the process. Now check what happens at 15%. This is to calibrate the battery. I am not sure it works as I am a bit skeptical of calibration methods. But try it anyway. Also there are apps available to drain battery faster so you don't need to wait for it to touch zero

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.

 

Note: Please fill out the below two items in detail when registering error report on Samsung members.

1. Point of rapid discharge
(Example: 7: 00 pm to 10: 00 pm last night)

2. Detailed description in case of rapid discharge
(Example: I felt a rapid discharge when I came home while reading feeds on Instagram and watching video on YouTube. )
