battery draining problem

Battery draining very fast full charge battery draining in 2 to 3 hours or charging speed is very slow please solve as soon as possible 😴 

 also device frozen problem suddenly close and restart automatic

although the battery drainage issue is constant but the charging behavior is random .
if you are using the device while charging it will take long , if you keep it for charging the speed will be normal

Note: Please fill out the below two items in detail when registering error report on Samsung members.

1. Point of rapid discharge
(Example: 7: 00 pm to 10: 00 pm last night)

2. Detailed description in case of rapid discharge
(Example: I felt a rapid discharge when I came home while reading feeds on Instagram and watching video on YouTube. )

charging is slow for me too. Also I'm now getting Cable Charging instead of Fast Charging
