Yes this feature is depends upon network provider. My previous device M10 won't have VoLTE support at 2019 for VI sim but whenever I put jio sim VoLTE works. This is because VI at the time didn't support VoLTE to all phones. Then after sometime in late 2020 VI give support to M10 and I had VoLTE(but it'll still goes away sometime). Now I'm thinking that maybe Jio enable it to S23 but not enable it to F23 yet. Interesting 🤔

Vonr enabled already you can call form 5G from only 5g

This feature is not new it is working Since March 2023 ,
You can call 📞 on Only 5G Network by using ForceLTE, but this method is not nominal
