WhatsApp Upload Quality Issue

The WhatsApp Video uploading quality has been decreated and whatever video. I'm trying to upload. It's not showing the quality that I'm supposed to select a like when you are uploading any video to WhatsApp. It allows you to select the quality of the uploaded video to be in to others to view in and there is an option that gives you to choose between standard SD and high quality HD that you can select, and in this version, it's not showing whatsoever, tried in multiple videos, it is not showing at all

The options HD or SD is missing.
