VOICE NOTES : WHILE SENDING VOICE NOTES THRU WHATS APP ...AFTER UPDATING TO UI 3.0 THE VOICE IS GETTING CRACKED AND THE PERSON WHO RECIEVE NOT ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
