everybody lost power issues after this beta update bro , already on Samsung company partiality on India 🇮🇳made exynos worst on s20 it making already issues in battery, in beta update it made huge , in further coming years, e should not buy an Samsung flag ship phones, comparing to this Apple iPhone has been more improved in chip set process and battery.

my headphones are not connecting by USB but charges with same USB. headphones working fine. shown to the service center and they said it has a problem but samsung not replacing the piece under warranty also. I bought it in June 2020.

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.

 

Note: Please fill out the below two items in detail when registering error report on Samsung members.

1. Point of rapid discharge
(Example: 7: 00 pm to 10: 00 pm last night)

2. Detailed description in case of rapid discharge
(Example: I felt a rapid discharge when I came home while reading feeds on Instagram and watching video on YouTube. )
