Unable to Play HDR/Full HD in Amazon Prime

Getting drm certification error for files downloaded for offline viewing.  Also unable to play content in hdr or full hd due to drm certification error. May be this is coz of beta software.

How to check drm certification in Amazon Prime app?
Amazon Prime provides only up to HD 1080p videos on my phone.

On Netflix I can watch HDR Videos.

I can play HDR in prime and i also see uhd HDR and even Dolby vision certification in description of prime

Not facing any such issue. Plus Full HD is working on Prime (as Amazon still doesnt allow 4K or HDR on mobile even on a powerful device and that too on a fast internet).
