Transparency issue in notification.

While in incognito mode if I try to access my notification. The opacity of the notification panel makes its hard to use. 

I can't attach a screen shot/recording due to the android policy.

Browser tried (Samsung Internet and Chrome)

I guess each Note10+ device is facing this issue.
