Touch screen Lagging & Call Quality

After 3rd beta update , Touch screen is lagging. We have click twice and thrice to open an app. 

While wifi open ,the Call Quality is poor. After putting it off ,then opponent person able to hear my voice.

i don't know about call quality yet but i have the same issue with touch on my s23 ultra.i thought maybe something damaged my touch sensors but i guess it's the bug of this update

It's a Bug only

There is a lag for sure. Sounds from many apps (you tube, for example) keep playing in the background even when you move away from the app.
