The path to report error is as below: Open Samsung Members -> Click on beta banner -> Switch to beta mode-> Beta feedback -> Send feedback -> Error report.
For me notification always comes in the middle of home screen. Exclusively this happens only for Telegram app. But Rest of the app doing fine. No Crash reported
