Superfast/Fast Charging not working

Hello, I'm on S21 Ultra and I'm using the beta Android 13 on my phone. It's not fast charging the phone. I'm getting fast charging for 2 seconds after connecting and later it changing the status to to charging. Everyone is facing the same issue?

I did reported many bugs but I'm unable to send a proper log due to the weak network. Your team keep saying me to send the proper log but the this app **bleep** when it's time upload a log, we don't get resend and retry option, we don't get to see how many percentage is completed. we need a proper different app where we can pause the log if the network is slow
