Solve this issue many app access blocked error in my Samsung Galaxy S25 Device

This is WiFi Intelligent which block Apps to access Internet. and you can remove from Settings..

You've blocked those apps from using internet. Go to wifi then click intelligent wifi multiple times then you'll see a new option connectivity labs open it and scroll down till you ai gaurd network and open and give them permission
