Sharing not working from unless picked from Source App

When I try to share photos from gallery to any messaging apps or any other app. It redirects to the application but the image is not attached.

It's a bug in this beta software

They have accepted the bug. Got an acknowledgement of this bug recently.

dear work around to this problem is download latest version apk from official site "https://www.whatsapp.com/android/" and update the installed WhatsApp. i think now u will be able to share file from gallery.
