Settings wallpaper doesn't resize wallpaper according to display size

I am trying to set wallpaper on my s22 plus. The image is not resizing as per the screensize.

This is only happening for images which are large in resolution. And this is happening only after android beta update 2 India.

Beta 2 update made some settings working in beta 1 bugged . So what worked stop and what did not started 🤔
