Selfie stick bluetooth remote control not connect with f23 5g!

Today I purchase a Selfie stick and trying to pairing selfie stick bt remote control with my f23 5g device but it's not connect but i try to connect other phone like realme, oppo, vivo it's working fine. I check every single setings and reset wifi and bluetooth setings, camera setings but problem not solved. 

so pls someone can help me to resolve this problem.

Pairing is done but not connected.

When i check pairing device seting and click connect this warning msg appear, (An app is needed to use this device.

I have encountered with an exact problem. My S10+ says that an app is needed in order to pair with the selfie stick. Has there been any solution to this issue? Thanks.
