Secure folder VPN is using real IP

Network through VPN is not tunneling in secure folder.

As you can see in screenshot, VPN enabled shows my US IP on chrome, 2nd chrome is in secure folder.

But in secure folder, Network is using my real IP. Meaning network traffic of device is not getting tunnelled through VPN of the secure folder.

Only phone apps are using masked IP, Also If I have to use VPN in secure folder, I have to turn off VPN outside secure folder, then install the same app inside and then enable VPN inside secure folder.
