and many app is not working in secure folder after updating kindly fix it .

It's webview error.

Uninstall latest webciew and open secure folden. After it gets working, you can update webview.

Nope.. they will again start crashing again if you update webview.
And chrome and payment apps doesn't work regardless of webview downgrade or update.
Only way to get chrome working is uninstall chrome updates and get it to lower version which removes some of its nifty features!
