Not at all : there are lot of differences in regional specific roms : specially networks , built in apps and region specific google certifications for Online streaming , banking & securities.

Changing Beta Streams is not advised! Try to avoid : there are region based roms for reasons ! N if you wish to shift to a different region a complete flash is advisable!

Yes do only if you aware what you are doing and how to do. Beta is for same device, you wil get the same build for india too later. Either you can wait or install manually. I already did for beta 1 with UK build and then got beta 2 as ota as india build and now installed beta 3 UK manually. Its working fine without amy issue. If you see its for same model G988B which is also in india.
