I am not able to connect to my Laptop using cable after the Android 13 Beta update. Dear Samsung please make a note of this and resolve it in the next update.
I am using Samsung's prescribed original cable only which I got in the Box

Hi, Uninstall the Update of the older Samsung USB-C handset and Install the Update Samsung USB-C handset. This might be helpful to you. Thank you
