Refresh Rate issue Oneui7 beta 4

Hello, I've noticed that occasionally my screen's refresh rate automatically decreases from 120Hz to 60Hz, particularly when unlocking the device.

yes, its true, every time when you taking out the phone from pocket and open any app by tapping from home screen, it looks screen becoming jam and refresh rate come down to 20-30 Hz .

Yeah it's not even 60hz it's like 15-20 fps

But on the other hand the geekbench score of my device was nearly 7500
