What do you mean by "RAM overloading"?
And anyway, unless you feel while multi tasking that your background apps are aggressively being killed you shouldn't be bothered about RAM usage. And in that case you should submit a proper bug report with logs to expect any positive action.

I am not doing multitasking, even if one application is running in the background. RAM storage is full; backing up 1% due to this phone is lagging
