Quick star not working properly

As one can see in the following pictures, the Bluetooth of if assign the image i acnt see the text or symbol. 

I'm 2nd image I can't resize the expandable area. 

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

For Quick Star, the wifi or any buttons look like that only. To see their details you need to hold them.
And the second screenshot, I think as the patch is not officially released for the S24 Series it could be a bug
