DiscussionsGo to your phone app, tap the three dots or settings, then go to contacts and make sure it is linked to your Samsung or Google contacts. Also check Settings then Apps then Phone and clear the cache, and if you are having ongoing issues with your phone or carrier service you can find real user experiences and solutions at https://assurance-wireless.pissedconsumer.com/review.html which can help point you in the right direction. If that does not work go to Contacts app and clear its cache too. Sometimes after an update the app loses permission to read contacts so go to Settings then Apps then Phone then Permissions and make sure Contacts is allowed.
