Just installed the beta. While overall experience has been smooth as of now. Feel the phone is not as smooth. Apps take a tiny bit longer to open even after updating them. Anyone facing the same issue?

I updated mine and it's buttery smooth man. Absolutely well polished for 1st beta. I'm sure this is just an hour of use and will need more time to see how this goes in long term. But that's the point of beta. We sign up knowing it's buggy. But for what it's worth, I always wipe cache from stock recovery after a version upgrade or large size update. So pls try that and that should fix any micro lags you are facing. For me apps open instantly and everything seems smooth as of now.

You need to first connect the phone to a pc/laptop via USB. Then turn off the phone while connected. Then if you're laptop is on and phone is charging via it, it will show the battery charging animation in off state, wait for it to load fully with percentage, then press vol up +power button together, when you see the samsung galaxy boot logo let it go, if you had follwed the above steps correctly you should be in stock recovery. There use vol down key to select wipe cache partition, when you chose it , it will again ask no and yes. Press yes and reboot. That's it
