On March 26, 2026, I successfully enrolled my Samsung S24 Ultra (Snapdragon) in the One UI 8.5 (Beta) program via the Samsung Members app and completed the software update. However, following the update, instead of One UI 8.5 (Beta), my Samsung S24 Ultra is displaying only the following information:
"Your software is up to date." Update information One UI version: 8.0 Android version: 16 Current version: S928BXXS5CZB2 / S928BOXM5CZB2 / S928BXXS5CZB2 Security patch level: February 5, 2026
What could be the reason for this? Please assist me by providing appropriate advice. Thanks in advance.
