Background processes also appear to be more active, possibly because of unoptimized services and new features running in the background. Apps that previously stayed in deep sleep now seem to wake more frequently, leading to additional drain. Even overnight idle drain, which used to be very low on One UI 6, has gone up by a few percentage points. It's important to keep in mind that this is expected with beta software. Beta builds usually prioritize testing new features and gathering feedback over full battery and performance optimization.
