Check this I tried with voice recorder

You need to open up 3 to 4 supported apps to find the Now bar animation and usage.
For suppose,
1.Open recorder and record something
2.Open music player and play some music
4.Open Stop watch and start couting,

Now lock the screen and then you can see the action
