No response to touch

There is no response to touch in bottom part of screen when device is unfolded. Tried restarting device, cleared cache as well. Alternatively tried forced stopping OneUi Home App and cleared cache as well. It started responding for a while and again same error.

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

We have noted down the feedback. We are continuously working to make our products better and more efficient.

It is whn we r using the main screen and selecting the bottom line app at this time it's not accepting the touch
