New notification causes screen to go black

As sooon as new notification pops up the existing screen goes black, while still playing the on screen content in background(music, video, game etc)

Until you slide away the notification the screen remains non responsive and black.

I am facing this issue as well so as a workaround i changed notification from detailed to simple
