Dear Samsung Team, Thank you for your previous response regarding the issues I’m facing with my Galaxy A55 after the recent update. As advised, I visited the nearest Samsung service center and had my device physically inspected. However, despite this, the problems are still persisting: 1. Network keeps turning on and off randomly, causing constant disconnection and interruptions. 2. Samsung Finance app continues to open by itself, even when I'm not using it. These issues are making it difficult to use the phone normally. I was hoping the recent update would improve performance, but instead, it's led to more frustration. Since the service center visit didn’t resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you could escalate this issue further or provide a software-based fix at the earliest. Looking forward to a real solution soon.
