Multi tasking with windowed app.

There are multiple glitches in windowed app usage for multi tasking. Performance issues, resolution issues(the windowed area might know thick white bezel as it may not be able to display it properly, especially in video apps.) and there was a multistar issue that it was shot down and I had to update it and set-up again.
