The high refresh rate doesn't  seem to be working  as well as before. For some reason I feel even with the high motion smoothness enabled, it feels like it's on 60hz. Anyone facing this issue?

I too don't see any difference in either of the refresh rate scrolling. Samsung should check into this.

It comes with the beta. It'll be fixed when the time comes, although in my case it's janky at the start but it gets better.

Also with one UI 4.0, the animations are slower and smoother so it's harder to notice difference between 60 and 120.

Try changing the resolution to 1440pand back to 1080p and click again in motion smooth option, it solved my problem
