Microsoft o365 apps fail to launch

None of the microsoft office apps are not working. Thry get stuvk on the splash screen (outlook, office apps, ms teams, Todo all of them are not working)

seems to be an issue with intune company Portal.

I tried uninstalling and installing intine portal but even after that it gets stuck launch (splash) screen
