So after updating the software do we need to manually leave the beta test or will it happen automatically?

Once you update to it Beta is no more in picture

When you were updating the Beta version post updating it everything you were receding a notice that this is Beta version. Post this update no more that notice that means we are officially in One UI 8 version

Okk cause after update i am still a member of beta that's why I asked it is still showing me the option to leave beta that's why
