Phone is very laggy when i unlock my phone !! Everytime i need to switch to 120fz or 60 fz to get smooth ! Please help how to fix this

It is the refresh rate issue, it's not working at 120hz when you unlock the phone, but after 1-2 minutes it automatically start working smoothly even if you don't change the setting of refresh rate....in hopes of fixing some minor bugs for 1st beta, samsung ruined it for us in this 2nd beta
