After updating my S23 Ultra to One UI 7 Beta, my S23 Ultra is no longer detecting the USB drive connected to my phone. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Please let me know.
During Beta 6.0, a software defect resulted in the failure of my port hardware. Given the recent purchase (three weeks prior), a replacement port was initially offered; however, after escalation to the CEO, a full device return and replacement was authorized. Despite numerous troubleshooting steps, including bug reports and service center visits, the resolution process extended to four weeks. This information may be helpful.
